Your brief
Your journey begins with a design consultation with our client team where we will explore every aspect of your project. Your desired style and tastes, your timeframes as well as your preferred spend for the project will all be discussed during this consultation stage.
During this initial phase, the team will start to build a picture of your home and your lifestyle in order for us to build a tailored and personalised approach from the outset.

Design concept
Following the design consultation, your appointed designer will start work on your scheme with space planning and layout. Once we have completed your design proposal, we will present our ideas to you.
The presentation will include scaled floor plans, bespoke joinery drawings, mood boards and samples of all proposed material finishes. Both during and following the presentation, we work collaboratively with you inviting feedback to ensure our concept fits your requirements and needs for your property.

Procurement and project management
Once approved and signed off, your project will be handed to our in-house procurement team who will order, quality control and project plan your items ready for installation. The assigned project manager will oversee the process from start to finish, ensuring all quality and time-based milestones are met.
Your client manager will continue to be your main point of contact throughout the procurement stage, liaising closely with each of our team members as well as regularly communicating with you to update you on our progress.

Installation and aftercare
Our experienced team of installers and project coordinators will oversee your installation ensuring all items are meticulously placed. Furthermore, your dedicated client manager will also be on-site signing off each item and finalising all aspects of the install. Once complete, a full handover will be carried out with yourself where we hope you will be delighted with the results.
Once handed over to you, the Dapa Atelier team will be on hand during the weeks following installation to answer any queries that you may have. You will be provided with an extensive aftercare handbook that outlines your warranties for all items as well as a care guide for your upholstery.
